Pittsburgh, PA (Vocus) June 16, 2010 -- Not Even Thirty by Precious Jenkins has been released by Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc.

Not Even Thirty depicts the life of Precious Jenkins, a young girl growing up in a large, loving, extended family. Even so, she loses both the father and grandfather she deeply loved while at a tender age.

Precious experiences loss and some traumatic events in her young life, but she perseveres with the help of her faith in God and the strong female role models she has in her mother and grandmother. In her search for love, she indeed kisses a few frogs, but is fortunate enough to find her prince.

Her story is a testament to young girls who might be facing difficult times. She proves that with some soul searching and determination, a good life can be created.

Precious Jenkins is a native of Beaufort, South Carolina, and currently resides in Misawa, Japan with her husband, Tony, and is the mother of three children, Larry, Yolanda, and Jasmine.
